- Liaising with clients to understand their requirements
- Negotiating agreements with outside providers and subcontractors to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of service
- Analysis of logistics needed to the event: venue, catering needs, audio-visual equipments, printing materials...

- Handling local and international correspondance with speakers and participants, managing their accommodation, transportation and social programs.

2005 - 2006-Client Servicing
- Reviewing the arrival daily list and assist in preparing and distributing welcome amenities
-Receptionist handling check in and check out procedures
- Handling VIP clients and ensuring proper amenities according to standards
- Promoting hotel's facilities and being updated about the surrounding areas to respond efficiently to guest's inquiries
- Providing solutions to guest's issues or concerns
