In Charge of operations, on several jobs totaling $ 5.5 Billion including mega projects such as Qatar international airport,Riyadh electrical power plants, desalination plants, as well other jobs at various stages of planning and development. This includes Al Habtoor Metropolitan hotel in Lebanon, Sheraton Aleppo and Afamya Rotana Resort Latakia in Syria.

• Signing all international and domestic contracts with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and claim resolution.

Rendering the preconstruction and construction services including consultation during project development,scheduling,planning,project budget,contract documents and design review, monitoring, and coordinating of all contractors.
In charge for the operation and technical support for all bid packages.including estimating and value engineering as well administrating QA/QC program .Controlling cost,budget and schedule d during construction.Managing all variation orders and providing contract negotiation and claim resolution to all contract packages administered under FIDIC type of contract.
The project covers all infrastructure works including and not limited to:excavation, heavy structural concrete works (85000 m3 ),roads(21km), bridge culvert, stormwater drainage network(18 km), sewerage network (23 km),water supply network(39km), irrigation network(12km),electical network (36km),street lighting network (15km),telecommunication network (39km),and landscaping.
Marine works included shore protection(9.1km), lagoon (330,000m2),2 groynes (500ml).

Phase 2-Building Construction Works 520,000m2, 163.5 Million US Dollars
Assumed full responsibilities for constructing all company projects in South Coast Resort, directed all-strategic construction operations, procedures and the management of all the projects.I was involved in the construction of 82 villas, 142 room hotel, nightclub and all marine works.
Managing a team of 1855 members, sharing the responsibility of all contractual titles, planning, budget control, claims, time restrictions, selecting sub-contractors and services suppliers.Member of the committee set for negotiation with the client and consultant.

Responsible for the construction of steel tank farm of 8 tanks varying capacities from 38500 m3 to 45000 m3 based on a concrete ring foundation. I was managing a team of engineers, general technicians and supervisors for earthworks, infrastructure,structural, mechanical, road construction, pavement laying, dyke construction and concrete works. I was responsible for the erection of tanks, welding of shell plates, valves, pumps, fire-fighting pipeline, including sand blasting and painting. In addition, I was the operation manager for the plant equipment, and mechanical workshop.

Western Kenya Pipeline Extension 8.625”O.D, 445.0 Km, Nairobi, Kenya: 236.0 million US $.

Project Engineer responsible for the analysis and design of the hydrostatic testing procedure.I was responsible for a group of engineers and technicians executing all pipeline crossings, interconnections and welding . I was also managing the earthworks and pipeline right of way.
